Even though lockdown due to COVID-19 has ended in India, people are still staying indoors to prevent themselves and their families from the coronavirus. This setting however is taking a toll on the mental and physical health of people. Many otherwise healthy individuals are falling sick or showing symptoms of depression.
It is hard to remain motivated about the future during a lockdown. The human body cannot remain confined to one place for a long time. Sooner or later this environment will start making people angry, and they will end up making the wrong choices. Unfortunately, though, it seems that there is no other alternative to slow down the spread of the virus. One thing that people can do during this pandemic is to focus on their hobbies.
